Bacchus is Julie's boy. He's already earned a few points in the ring and is just waiting to mature. Bacchus has a pretty head, good coat, and nice front and sidegait. Add all that to his outstanding temperment and you have a wonderful dog! At his very first show we got wonderful compliments from the judge on how much she liked him and how close he came to beating his mother, Clover.

At the 2007 National Bacchus surprised us all. He earned his first leg towards his HCT without any problems. Cathy Shott took him in for us and he decided to listen to her and do a sit stay, recall, and another sit for her! That night we entered him in the novice weight pull competition not expecting much. That night Bacchus showed us his real talent, he won the most weight pulled that night. His final pull was 633 pounds. In the 12-18 month class he made the cut.

Bacchus has entered one UKC weight pull since then and he pulled 795 pounds. Here are videos of him herding and pulling.
